The stay featured a fantastic view of the harbor and a well-insulated room size, perfect for some relaxation. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness fell short-initially given a smoky and dirty room, leading to a less enjoyable experience overall. Even the amenities, like the linens and shower facilities, were below expectations.

Friendly staff, convenient location, with breakfast options that were satisfactory, offering essentials like a tv and air conditioning in the room, and it's about a 10 km drive from the heliport for easy transportation.

City view was perfect. Very good location. Very close to citycenter, to MRT station, to ferry pier. Rooms are comfortable. Bathroom is really very small, but very convinient, we do not fell any discomfort while use it.
First we took premier room, not premier room with harbourview. We could' not stay in this room, it was horrible. Opposite our window stone wall was located, very close to the window. We even did not see rain and sun rays. It was like room without windows at all. We have to change our room to premier room with harborview and pay some extra money.

Magnificent setting, competent and diligent staff.
Reasonably priced, reasonably sized and newly decorated room with harbour view. Nice food for very very good and adequate breakfast for vegetarians. Location really close to Honk Kong park, everything, most especially the convention center for free Airport Bus Shuttle Service to Hong Kong Central MTR and the city center. Early check-in, generally very good service.

Great choice for trip. Fairly clean hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff though with really good service from the staff. Marvellous and handy location on the harbour, and 5 minute walk from Wan Chai. Based just next door to the train station and other attractions and the restaurant and housekeeping. Neat room with a perfect view of the harbor.
